RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of the Finstek engineering departments - Software Engineering, and also help with IT, Technical Support.

• Building high performing software development teams, which are working both from offices and remotely.

• Implement and control the execution of business plans and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or CEO of an IT company, or a relevant role.

• Technical background.

• Proven track record of hiring, building and managing engineering teams.

• Fluent written and spoken English (B1+).
