As a Database Marketing Analyst, you will work with a team to accurately deliver daily and monthly direct mail, Email, and telemarketing campaigns. You will own tasks from a queue of ad hoc projects pertaining to the planning, delivery, measurement, and analysis of each campaign. You will ensure each campaign is deployed on time and to the correct audience. You will work closely with the team to ensure that client requests are understood and executed properly, making informed decisions using a breadth of customer and prospect data.
Design and prepare campaign flowcharts using various process boxes, inbuilt or custom macros, strategic segments.
Support real - time capabilities of a complex Marketing organization.
Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them.
