Work closely with the Senior Leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective and objective assessment;
Collaborate with the teams to understand their individual talent requirements and team goals;
Use professional insights and experience to identify talent, opportunities, risks and challenges;
Strengthen the internal branding and communications strategies;
Highlight areas of improvement within the Human Resources processes;
Build and maintain relationships with critical talent pipelines and internal business partners;
Play an active role in the local implementation of global HR processes.
Knowledge & Key Skills:
Higher University Degree, preferably in HRM, Psychology, Economics or Business Administration;
6 + years of HR management experience
Deep understanding of talent market, hiring trends and processes
Understanding of business (models, structure, products)
Well-developed understanding of the measurement and evaluation of HR activities with a focus on responding positively to a constantly changing environment to ensure that HR provides an efficient and effective service to its customers.
Strong Presentation skills
Highly developed communication and influencing skills
Upper-Intermediate English written and oral is a must;
Ability to envision, lead and motivate high performance oriented teams and individuals
